Landscapes of the Mind is an ongoing project which started in 2024. It begins with 35mm film, deliberately altered by heat and various household products, applied intuitively, more like a mood than a method. What emerges are not images of things but images that are feelings: colour, shape, and sometimes organic matter that has literally formed on the surface of the film.

The process is intentional, but the outcome is unknown; chemicals are introduced to alter the film's composition, transforming what it records and how it behaves. These landscapes cannot be located on any map. They are interior, emotional, a quiet enquiry into how chemical intervention, whether in film, in body, or in mind, can shift what we see and who we become.
